Terms of Service
Welcome to VIVELO (the “Service”), operated by PERREO TECH, San Diego, California (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using vivelo.live, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
VIVELO is a ticketing and marketing platform for live event promoters. Two types of users interact with the Service:
- Attendees — people who buy tickets to events listed on VIVELO. Tickets are subject to the policies of the event organizer and the venue.
- Organizers — event promoters who use VIVELO to sell tickets, message attendees, and run advertising campaigns. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and the policies of the third-party services they connect (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
2. Tickets and attendance
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Tickets are non-transferable except as facilitated through the Service. You must present a valid government-issued ID matching the name on your ticket at the venue. Re-sale outside the Service is prohibited and may result in your ticket being voided.
You agree to follow the venue's conduct policies, including any age restrictions, dress codes, and rules regarding intoxication, harassment, or violence. The venue and event organizer reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons. No refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Events may be canceled, postponed, or moved by the organizer. We will notify ticket holders by email and post updates at the event page. See our Refund Policy for details on what happens in each case.
4. Marketing communications
When you buy a ticket, you may opt in to receive marketing communications from the event organizer (and from VIVELO with your separate consent). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or replying STOP to any SMS. We honor opt-outs across all channels and all connected advertising platforms.
5. Acceptable use (organizers)
If you use VIVELO as an event organizer, you agree:
- To only upload contact data you have lawful basis to message (consent, prior business relationship, or another lawful basis under applicable law including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA).
- To honor opt-out requests immediately. VIVELO suppresses opted-out contacts at the platform level; you may not attempt to bypass those suppressions.
- Not to use VIVELO to send spam, deceptive content, illegal goods or services, hate speech, content targeting minors with adult material, or anything that violates the policies of connected ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- To comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect to VIVELO (e.g. Square, Meta Business, TikTok For Business). You are responsible for the content and conduct of campaigns you launch through those platforms.
We may suspend or terminate organizer accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations.
6. Third-party integrations
VIVELO integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality, including Square, Stripe, Resend, Brevo, Twilio, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and others. These integrations are subject to the terms and policies of those services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of third-party services.
7. Liability
VIVELO and its operators are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or damages arising from attendance at any event. Your purchase acknowledges the inherent risks of attending live events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVELO's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual property
The VIVELO name, logo, and platform are the property of PERREO TECH. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service. Event organizers retain ownership of the content they upload (event descriptions, flyers, contact lists) and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
9. Account and access
If you create an account or are issued admin access, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or non-payment of any subscription fees.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email to active users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.
12. Contact
