Refund Policy
Live events are perishable goods. Once issued, tickets are generally non-refundable. Here's when refunds are issued:
Event canceled
If the organizer cancels the event entirely, you receive a full refund (face value + fees) automatically within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Event postponed
If the event is rescheduled to a new date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, email tickets@vivelo.live within 14 days of the announcement to request a refund of the face value (fees are not refundable in postponement scenarios).
Venue changed
If the event moves to a different venue more than 25 miles from the original, you may request a refund of face value within 14 days of the announcement.
You can't make it
Personal change of plans, illness, or transport issues do not qualify for a refund. Try transferring your ticket to a friend through the Service.
Denied entry
No refund is issued if you are denied entry by the venue for reasons including: no valid ID, intoxication, dress code violation, or being underage at a 21+ event.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting tickets@vivelo.live may result in your ticket being voided and your account permanently restricted from VIVELO.
